More than 80 years ago, a nonprofit was created to provide nutritional support to war widows in and around Albany. Since then, LifePath has grown into a multi-faceted agency that helps older neighbors and their caregivers across the Capital Region.

“The need for human companionship, dignity and security — and how providing for those in need enriches our lives — those things really know no borders,” said Holly Cargill-Cramer, executive director of LifePath.
